Hi,

I have to pause all of my ads for an unkown timeframe.
Now I'm wondering what is the best way to pause them
quality- and history-wise. Any ideas?

I could pause them on the following levels:

- campaign
- adgroup
- keyword
- individual ad

Which would you choose?

Campaign is at the top level , so if you want to stop all those ads just select all campaigns and pause them.

Quality score will be reevaluated if you start them again and you have changed landing page.

Yeah, so that's the easiest way. But perhaps there are
quality- and history-implications on this or other
levels?

No quality issues. You can safely pause at the campaign level and now worry about any loss of history, quality hit, etc.
