Noticing any effect of G factoring previous searches into AdW ads?

According to the AdWords Help Forum, Google just recently rolled out the factoring of previous searches into which ads are shown (at least for Broad Match kw's).
Has anyone noticed any effects on their AdWords campaigns from this change?
