i had an issue with a dormant account i had years ago.

cancelled and can not be reactivated.

i had an oustanding bill.

so it was time to start some new campaigns, and the support (via email) was actually great.

they responded to my emails usually within 24-48 hrs, and was very comprehensive.

re-activated my account less than 24hrs after i took care of my outstanding balance, and im back on the road.

i was impressed.
there is hope.

Of course they are responsive, you are paying them.

i think it helped when i told them i have a "huge" budget awaiting approval and i want to give it all to them...!

Who will stop money coming to them in hard times? Leave apart Google any good company will respond like this only to get some extra cash.
