I believe EBay recently moved 90-100% of their search ad inventory from Yahoo to Google (meaning the text ads displayed on eBay.com search results pages. According to Comscore eBay accounts for ~3% of global search query volume, so that could be what you're seeing, or at least part of it.

What % increase over normal traffic volumes are you seeing, and since when?

Anyone else out there seeing similar increase in search network partners' traffic recently?

I have been running a campaign on a particular keywords since the beginning of June.

On this particular keywords yesterday produce 3000 impressions on the search partners network. Impressions to date from the start of June totalled 12000.

Hi dane,
Yes in September, I started to get many more 'search partner' results. From 5% up to now 20% to 25%....

I do not deal with any Google account managers, but as of today, I've stopped using Google search partners in my account....

This on the heels of lower impressions, I'm just now trying to find out what happened in September, I'm getting half the impressions than what we experienced in July...on the same keywords, same QS....

If it's not one thing with Google, it's another...the kings of moving targets....

GR...
