Skiing keyword for skiing website and word is disabled!

1.7% CTR, But disabled

The word describes what my website is about. "skiing"
My website is about skiing, thats all.
yet it is disabled. Here are the stats.

36 2,048 1.7% $0.09 $3.24 3.4

All google says is that the CTR maybe under 0.5%, but it's clearly not.

Any ideas anyone?

Hey, I got keywords put on hold after 3 (three!) impressions...

That 1.7% CTR can be misleading. The CTR you see is based on their network of sites that syndicate their results. However, keywords are disabled based on your CTR on google.com ONLY.
