Anybody else notice that the Tools Tab is missing?

Okay...found it under the "Opportunities" page on the left sidebar

It's another (sloooow) click away. And it no longer works. It only actually appears half the time I click on it, and it no longer gives you the option to add keywords to a specific adgroup - only the campaign menu appears. I didn't have the courage to see WHERE my keywords would end up so I abandoned and discarded my work.
