Creating a new AdWords account

Do I need to use a new domain name when I want to start over using AdWords

I got into the AdWords game without being aware of the rules. I figured the ads were relatively inexpensive, and learned the hard way about having poor performing keywords.

I want to start over but my account has been active for about a month now. Is it true that if I do open a new account that I would also have to have a new domain name or that AdWords will recognize my old account and also the poor results my prior account had?

Is there a way to keep my domain name and create a new AdWords account and move forward, learning from the lessons I've learned the hard way?

Thanks

Second that, no.

Don't worry about it, don't try and fool G, work on improving what you're doing. The algorithmic scoring that grades your account performance is very forgiving - you are not pinned down by your past, unless you stop trying to improve (or spend your time and effort looking for ways around improving).

Trust me, that "past performance" thing is WAY overrated - it's more like a present performance grade influenced a little by your recent past and whether you're working to improve things over time.
