Is it prudent to apply the "rel=no follow" attribute to Google Adwords landing pages? Does this answer depend on the bounce rate of those pages?

Hi borateire,

I nofollow our landing pages to keep them out of the SERPs. I have several copies of landing pages per adgroup and duplicate content could possibly be an issue.

I'd say it is prudent - but I would not say that it depends on bounce rate. I'd nofollow regardless of the bounce rate.

Cheers

I'm assuming (hoping) you also have NOINDEX, which is what you want to use if you don't want the page indexed.

As far as I know, it shouldn't have any affect on your AdWords performance.

At least.

That's the second time today I've started chuckling wildly, for no outwardly apparent reason - and I think my cubemates are becoming a bit concerned...
