My team have noticed that the Get Recent Changes functionality in Adwords Editor isn't syncing properly with Adwords. Google have acknowledged that there's a problem. Downloading the entire account is still accurate.

I wonder if that's why I'm seeing a conversion in AWE in an adgroup that doesn't show in the web interface for the same date range.
