Hello,

i have visitors landing on a page abc.com/123.html where they fill-out a form. upon form submit they are directed to xyz.com/thanks.html which contains the adwords conversion tracking code. Will google adwords record conversions in this scenario.

The only way a conversion will be recorded is if the visitor clicked on one of your AdWords ads. If they just came to your website, and performed this action, no conversion will be recorded.

If you're hinting to the point of two domains, this is not a problem. Many people are in this same situation when it comes to AdWords conversion tracking for purchases and third party payment processors.
