Google Local Ads - Listing City/State Under Display URL

hi, i'm wondering if anyone can tell me how to get your city and state under your display URL in google adwords?

i realized you can do this when you create a local ad..but google doesn't let you modify the headline. i'm looking to do both create my own headline (that's not my business name) and list my city/state below the display URL.

I noticed other advertisers are doing this, just can't figure out why I can't. any useful tips would be appreciated.

In your campaign settings, if you choose a state, metro, etc area, then that area will show up below the ad copy.
