Does Google accept one credit card for multiple accounts under mcc ?

Hi,

I had been using one credit card for multiple clients in the mcc account. After almost 7 days, the ads are not displaying a single impression. The keywords are well targeted. Seems to me that Google is not accepting the card.

Does Adwords have such a policy wherein we cannot have one credit card for multiple accounts ?
