Do they exist? How can I get one?

It seems some people have them and I was wondering how I could go about getting one. Is it based on ad spend? I don't know where others stand, but we are spending about $500,000 a year, so I would think that to be worthy of go-to person. Maybe not though.

You're an affiliate, right? That probably explains why you don't have a rep assigned to your account. From what I've read, Google treats affiliates different from agencies and merchants.

We have one...I believe it is based upon what you spend... We average about $2,200 a day...

I have yet to see any benefit except that you have a direct phone number for issues... They just seem to want to expand your costs without really assisting you in "dialing in" your campaigns.. But that's what thay are there for.. To make the company money...

I just don't see the assistance factor...
