Three Things

1. Can someone please give me a better definition of what Content Totals are, and where they are located and why Google do not indicate what keywords are used.

2. Disabled keywords. I have had one keyword disabled on a CTR above 5%. UR. Why.

And 3. this Hold and Trial stuff is odd. Can someone please give me their understanding of it. I have some keywords on hold but still get the odd click. As one of them is Christmas Gifts, it is driving me mad.

Points 1 and 3, dont know. Point 2 - the CTR is part Google search and part google partners. Therefore you could be doing well on the partners but below 0.5% on Google search ....... I think. Why you would be doing dramatically better on the google partners is another question that I would like to know the answer to.
