Hi everyone.

I was wondering, if someone searchs "blue widgets" and I have on my keywords the words "blue" and "widgets" which keyword will be considered?

("" is only for better understanding of terms, on adwords "" would not exist)

thks

Let me restate your question. There is a search for a two-keyword term and these two keywords are included in your ad as individual broad match. Which keyword will be shown?

The short answer is that you should set up a campaign to test them.

Since you have asked I will also give you a long answer. In theory, the keyword with higher ranking number at the moment of search will be shown. Given that they have the same max. CPC, the keyword with higher CTR will be preferred.

However, both of your keywords will initially act as an [exact] match although they're set at broad match. Since they're behavior as [exact] match, none of them will be shown.
