Bad fonts in csv reports with non US fonts

With arrival of new reporting system, the new coding of keywords using eastern-european fonts is bad.

There was no problem before, but now CSV files produced have errors and we have to manually correct them before sending them to Clients.

Where do you think I should send an e-mail about that?
Or since Google AdWords Advisor is reading this forum, maybe this is the best place.

Voyteck, this is an excellent place, as I'll certainly pass on the info. However, even still, there is no substitute for a quick email - with specifics - sent from within the account itself. ;)

We have experienced problems with the new reports in the CSV format as well and have switched to TSV for the time being.

I have submitted the request but till now the fonts are being coded badly. They have a copy of the screenshot with bad coding (as they requested).
Strange because it does not seem like a major change to the system but I may be wrong.
