I activated my billing, but I don't see my ads through the Ads Diagnostic Tool. I am using geographic targetting for the US, but I am outside the US. Do the ads go online instatntly, or is there a delay?

As far as I know there is usually some delay, 1 or 2 hours, but how often your ads show, and whether or not they show for every search on the relevant queries, also depends on the budget that you set and your maximum CPC.
