Gmail sponsored links

In my Gmail sponsored links I saw an ad with the following text:

"Blackhat SEO Traffic - www.example.com - Steal Your Competitors Traffic Easy Web Marketing System"

Has anyone else come across something like this?

Is there a form that can be used to bring this to Google's attention?

You could use their feedback form at [adwords.google.com...]

Heh! Good luck. Google makes some good money from those ads and there are quite a few of them. That may end up being a full time position for ya, the reporting that is. ;)

Will I be on the Google spam team payroll at that point? lol

I'm not up 100% on the latest T&C but what exactly is being reported about the ad in the OP?

That they are advertising black hat seo.

I actually got a reply (canned) about how they'll use my suggestion to improve their products and that my comments have been forwarded to the AdWords team.

Very reassuring. /s

Why can't they advertise Black Hat techniques?
