Google has been listening. I can point to numberous threads where Google is considered 'poor' at helping out Agencies who manage many client accounts.
Maybe Google took a page from the Overture Ambassador program, but they are now going to have reps specifically for those who manage 3rd party AdWords accounts.

So we used to have a sale/CS/Creative team who handled all accounts. Now if we have a real state client and another who sells shoes, we have two different contacts and presumably a new set for each different vertical. Is it changing again?
