I have several questions regarding Adwords.
1. First I would like to ask what is your minimum CPC what you can get for Job and Employment related keywords? I hope this information is not a big secret...
( it would be nice to hear about other keywords also (what you are using))
Why I am asking about that? Because in several last month it is impossible for me to get the same prices what I could get before one year. I have good quality website, Highly relevant content (self made), I don't make Ad arbitrages or other things that Google don't like, but still I have feeling that Google hates me for something.
2. Other thing is, that I had a lot of inactive keywords. I had 25000 keywords, but only about 5000 was active.. thats about 20% from all. than in one day I gathered all my active keywords, deleted all campaigns, and than made a new campaigns only with keywords who had best performance... but... all changed worse... now I have 5000 keywords, but active is only 500... thats 10%... I lost 4500 active keywords. With active and inactive I mean that asked price is higher than max CPC what I am ready to pay. What could be reason for this...? Is that true that Google don't like generated keywords? (like: Buy car in New York, Buy car in San Francisco, etc.)
3. Before few days I tried to make a Test campaign. I made several ad-groups with different parameters. And What I found out was:
a) If I target some of my campaigns to index page (home-page) than they have better performance (lover costs) than it was before (when they was targeted to relevant landing-page with relevant information about that product)
b) Google suggested keywords what they suggest according to my landing-page is even more expensive than my keywords was.
4. Today I noticed that some of my keywords are active they have good quality, relevant landing-page, relevant adtext, but they don't show ads... And I so the mesage:
"Ad showing? : No
Although your ad is showing, its rank is not high enough to place it on the first page of search results. " What does that mean...? Does it mean that Google don't want me because I try to buy costumers so cheap...?
2. I have a hard time understanding exactly what you're getting at, but if I get the gist of it, you need to have relevant ads, relevant keywords and a relevant landing page all tightly themed together. If you have 25,000 keywords, you're going to have a real hard time maintaining a tightly themed account with an overall good QS. You need to be *very* well organized to maintain that, and you need to be able to write very good ads and a very good landing page.
3-4. I'm not sure what the question is. Did you look at the general bids in the Keyword Tool? You're playing in a very competitive (and thus expensive) niche. Google's not going to show your ads on the first page when there's lots of other advertisers willing to pay more (and who might have better quality scores)
