Every so often I run into this and is there anything that Google will accept as proof? The person this time just coped his site 4 times and targets the same words. He crosslinks them and used the same cehckout etc. It is obvious to me it is the same person. But as usual even after turning it in to adwords it continues.

I usually just rely on persistence and wait the three months or so it takes for Google to see the obvious and take action. But is there something that proves it more then other things that Google will accept?

Thanks.

You can contact Google and submit a double serving complaint. I see that weekly and Google is pretty good about pulling them from the ads. They ont ban the sites because they need to make money from them, but they will not place those ads on the same search results page. Good Luck

You can read up pon their policy here [adwords.google.com...]

oh well he is still there. I know the rules and he is using the same site copied 5 times. Same product with the same pricing and many links go to the original site. ::Sarcasm::
Very nice.

The only thing you can do is to call every day and check on the status. Ask the rep about time needed to resolve such issues. It should be up to 72 hours (3 days) as it does take bit more of work to ensure they don't associate wrong accounts.
Anyhow, people that use such tactics should get their accounts terminated if the repeatedly do it, just like with invalid display URLs.
Google should enforce their rules in order to protect and satisfy the majority of their customers that are 100% compliant.
