I find it very slow to add an adgroup and its keywords. The Google Adwords site seems really slow and I find it frustrating when trying out a large number of markets.
Is there any way to speed this up?
Sticky me if there is a tool that can help.

If you have an account manager you can use a bulk upload spreadsheet - 72hr turnaround but if you're submitting hundreds of AdGroups at once it saves a lot of time. If you don't have a rep and spend a bit with them email and ask for one.
