Reporting Software for Adwords, etc

Looking for an external solutions to free up hands

I'm wondering if anyone out there has experience with a management/reporting solution that would provide robust reporting for PPC accounts across the board. If anyone could suggest a few trusted vendors, it would be most appreciated.

Are you looking for reporting only, or reporting + campaign management & automated bidding?

Others out there are Omniture SearchCenter (note: I work there), Efficient Frontier, and DidIt.

shorebreak - Reporting mainly - the management aspect would be a bonus for now if it's cost effective for our situation.

I've used Omniture in the past - very cool system - definitely out of the current price range lol.

Have a look at AdWordsReporter. It is great for understanding AdWords patterns and trends.

Omniture SearchCenter is something i considered, but it was way too expensive.

Umm - do you know any developer friends? You can use the adwords API to pull reports as you wish.
