Adwords Gambling Keywords?

Is it against Googles TOS to have keywords like 'Casino'...'Solt machine' etc?

You can use the keywords - but they must link to a non gambling site.

I.E. You can link a site to a book about gambling, an eBook on beating roulette, etc.

All your keywords will need to be reviewed manually as they'll be flagged as questionable keywords - and they'll review your site, so it might take a bit longer for these types of ads to show - but it is permissable.
