I've been running adwords for about three weeks now and so far no real complaints, although I have no way of tracking ROI as I link to a third-party sales site.
Now I am in the process of 'concentrating' the ads, as I now have a good set of statistics to base my seperate ads on.
Just one thing that I am very curious and a bit confused about, when does one decide to create a seperate campaign or a new adgroup within a campaign?
Any thoughts on the factors that should influence this decision?

Adgroups, though, should be tightly focused on a single keyword with its variations (misspellings, related phrases) and the ad should be highly targeted to attract people looking for that keyword.
