150% Ctr

How is this possible?

Noticed our CTR has been increasing during last 3 weeks(2 to 3 times the normal levels compared to last 6 months), but one keyword hit 150% - just curious how this is possible?

Usually these are clicks from the browser cache so 2 impressions 3 clicks (1 from cache). This is most common if the impressions are very low.
