Conversion tracking by adgroup

I want to do some conversion tracking. Currently I have it set up so that I can track by lead. Now I want to setup another adgroup where it tracks a different site but by Sale so I get the ROI.

If I do this, will it lose the tracking by Lead? Will it display a different heading in the track by Sale adgroup to the other adgroups?

In other words, are these like global settings that will affect the other groups or are they settings by adgroup.

Don't setup another adgroup - setup a new campaign alltogether. The old campaign will track the leads while the new campaign will track the sales.
