For email support, unfortunately I'm in the same boat as you. Sometimes it seems like the responses are coming from a CSR-in-training that has so far been taught only how to copy and paste from a template... And as you mentioned, the lag time for receiving the reply is also an issue.

The replies are a direct copy paste from the adwords lessons that are available. If we ask a question that they dont have an answer, they just type something that is vaguely relevant to the topic at hand.
I sincerely hope that this gets better than the present condition.
