I want US adwords support!

India is very far from here

I'm soooo near to the U.S. (Mexico), that I don't think it's logical to receive support from India.
I don't like to ask during day and receive answers at 3:00am, while I'm sleeping.

Is there a way to change this?

Use the live chat option during the daytime. That'll give you a better chance of getting a CSR in the US.

For email support, unfortunately I'm in the same boat as you. Sometimes it seems like the responses are coming from a CSR-in-training that has so far been taught only how to copy and paste from a template... And as you mentioned, the lag time for receiving the reply is also an issue.

I totally agree with Rehan in this issue. The replies from the adwords online chat support members sound typically like a reply from a robot. And the only thing that they dont say is "Please repeat the command. We are unable to process the command at this time" ;)

The replies are a direct copy paste from the adwords lessons that are available. If we ask a question that they dont have an answer, they just type something that is vaguely relevant to the topic at hand.

I sincerely hope that this gets better than the present condition.
