So, just for fun, I put that crazy $10.00 min bid, as my max bid. (As protection, I setup my daily budget to just $15.00)
It was a single keywords as "phrase" match type.
I waited an hour and nothing happens. Not a single impression.

Now, I refresh the stats, and I have 1 impression, 1 click and a $5.80 charge!
LOL

Well, I don't know you, but for me, that was like being bitten... ha ha

And in a more serious tone, shouldn't that keyword/ad combination have a great QS since the super unbeatable CTR of %100?

At least you didn't have to pay the full $10. How are the stats looking now for that phrase?

Oh, no, after that bite, I aborted the experiment.
But I'll try it again later hehe

Hey, guys, don't you know? Google bites!

Don't dare to put the high bid, it will charge you with that amount... or almost.

fischermx I dont think that the 100% CTR would be much of relevancy here. Thats because the impressions and clicks are almost insignificant. What you have to understand by good CTR (as mentioned by google) is that it is taken over a period of time for keywords with high traffic. Not only in your campaign but in the whole search queries as such. That is the overall CTR for the keyword considering all the competitors and the traffic for the keyword.

Also CTR is not the only factor that would affect your keyword Q.S.
