I have reached my limit of 25 campiagns and I need to do some "spring cleaning" of my campaign summary page.

How the heck do you combine 2 compaigns?

While I am at it, I have a couple deleted campaigns but they still show up when I list all, is there a way to kill them off forever?

Searched all through the help and can't get the answers.

I haven't done this but it sounds like it would work.

What if you use AdWords Editor do a snapshot of your account then use your spreadsheet to move some of your adgroups around and re-upload your snapshot.

Anyone ever tried this?

You can't really permanently delete stuff, because of the historical data. The deleted campaigns don't count in the 25 - you can however select the view as All Active or All But Deleted (to show paused)

As far as combining campaigns - you can easily move ad groups around with the AdWords Editor and copy and paste.

Or you can write support and request more campaigns if you really need them; I have some accounts that have a limit of 100 or more. You basically have to tell them why you need them, and I assume they take a look at your account to make sure you seem to know how to organize it and know what you're doing, but they will work with you if you do.

Well said - and accurate too. ;)
