I can't believe it I had a good click through rate and it said 1.1 in my position then when I checked I was not on the search engine Ive had to delete and resubmit again. Do they realise we are loosing money? and wasting time! Does anyone know of the telephone number? I am in the UK. It cost allot of money for Google but the service offering

are you sure it wasn't 1 of the other reasons:

pending ad review (after initial upload, and also after X amount of impressions)?

daily budget issue?

You deleted the keyword and then added it again? I don't think that would really help.

I think it is a daily budget issue. Try increasing your budget and it should show for longer during the day.

Are you sure that your ad isn't showing in the premium slot across the top?
