However, this is not true. A friend clicked an ad for me over an hour ago and I always get impressions by now.
Has my converting to the tracking system messed things up somehow?

I didn't change anything from yesterday to today and have zero's across the board!
Thanks to the several folks who posted here, for the heads up! I've talked to another advertiser this morning who is reporting the same thing. So it looks as if there may be some longer-than-usual server delays.
My educated guess is that ads are running as normal, and that stats (for some, at least) are being delayed.
I've pinged the tech team, and will post again when I know more.

Another odd thing is *another ad* on separate account was not showing when normally its a premium listing. I got several others to check but no one could see our ad. After i had stopped screaming, i went into to our campaign expecting to see it had been disabled. Was still active so i added 1p to our maximum bid, within 5 minutes our ad was back into the top slot. Weird.
My educated guess is that ads are running as normal, and that stats (for some, at least) are being delayed.
This turns out to be the case.
I've just had an update from the tech team, who tell me that stats are in fact running behind for a limited number of advertisers, while ads continue to run as normal.
Current estimates are that the stats should be up to date by the end of the day, but please don't quote me on that detail just yet. ;)
Meanwhile, excepting the delivery of the stats in the affected accounts, everything is running normally - including ad delivery, and changes made in those accounts.
