Slowed with no stats?

Slow stats

I am new to adwords so this might seem like a simple question to some but it confuses me. I started a new campaign, I was checking frequently at the start to check if any keyword stats have shown up yet, there wasn't. When I checked a while later I discover the account had already been slowed but all the stats are still at Zero! How can I analyze my keyword selection to prevent it from being slowed if it gets slowed before I can do anything to change it. This seems crazy since they want to charge $5 every third time you neeed to re-activate. Is this normal, any tips?

That happened to us when we first started too. It's no big deal. On the campaigns we have run, there must be at least a .5 CTR or the campaign will be slowed. You just need to work with your keywords and ad copy to get the right mix.

Welcome to WebmasterWorld, cashman007!

The first thing that come to mind is that you may be looking at your stats for a 'date range' set to the past.

The date range tool, which appears on all the Campaign Management pages, has a 'sticky' setting that stays where you put it until you change it. So if you were looking at the stats for a particular day, for instance, the date range will stay on that day until you manually change it.

It this turns out to not be the issue, then I'd say this would be a question best answered by AdWords support - as they can see your actual account, which no one here is able to do.
