Hi, I was wondering if there is a setting in Adwords Editor so when I 'get recent changes' it doesn't download my whole account everytime but just the items that were changed?

That should be the proper behavior of "get recent changes"... if your account and the saved local version in AE is synchronized properly you'll be told so within seconds. Otherwise, it'll download the changes only.
If it's taking more than a minute or two to download changes then the problem is likely the size of your account.

Just to clarify. EVERYTIME it downloads the whole account. Even if I 'get recent changes' in the same day. Once upon a time it didn't do this. Yes my account is HUGE, that's why I'm really hoping for a solution. My download takes a good 20 minutes and freezes my computer so I can barely do anything else when I'm updating Adwords Editor.
