Hi could I gain everyones opinion on how many keywords I should run per ad, would a better quality keyword be better than loads of moderate performing ones.

1 better qualty keyword is better than 100s of bad 1s :)
trial and error my friend.
trick is to have LOTS of ass kicking keywords per group

I start off with as many relevant KW's as I can find. I might even make a few up if I see a pattern. After 60 days I do a study to see which KW's are working. Those that aren't get the ax.
