Is there a workaround so that AdSense revenue producing sites don't get dropped from Yahoo's index?

This is thread is probably in the wrong forum...
Every single site I have with AdSense ranks in the top 5 in Yahoo. Although I can't recall hearing it from Yahoo Mike, it has been stated many times that there is no bias with regard to AdSense ads.

I've heard from several sources that adsense sites are being banned from the Yahoo index.

I have not noticed any problems, I rank just fine in Yahoo, rankings in Google however............
