I am trying to find a way in excel to show how changing keywords effect CPC. Any suggestions?

Are you trying to see the effect of changing the cpc of particular keywords on your average overall CPC?

There isn't a way. Sure, you could set up the formulas so that when you reduce the bid by X amount, the keyword (choose your own metric) does whatever.

I have never seen anything even close to a linear relationship between changes i've made and their effects.

IMO, a spreadsheet to "track" this would be a big waste of time. You could do everything manually, but you still have to think about the kind of information you'll get back...pretty meaningless stuff.
