When your in your adgroup viewing your keywords there should be a box that says: "Include deleted items"

Click into your adgroup under the campaign management tab. Then when you see your keyword list just under the change date range tab there will be a box that says "include deleted items" When you check that box they'll display below.

Thanks ewsjustin, I got that option but still its not working with keyword but with ads.. Any idea about how to use it?

You can run a report for that period - it will show you all the keywords that had at least impressions.

When you are in the ad group, the keyword must have received impressions during the date range for it to show up. If you want to see all keywords then change the date range to all time.
