When advertising with PPC, you'll know that it's possible for certain keywords in your campaign to convert well and turn a profit, and others to convert poorly and cause a loss.

If the site is your own, you can add some google analytics code to the thank you page, and your adwords account will show you full details.

But if you're promoting as an affiliate, how do you track exactly which keyword is converting? Is there any software which does this an presents the results on a screen, instead of you sitting there having to manually calculate which keyword is responsible for how many sales per visitor?

CJ and Tradedoubler both have site ID features..

&AID=#*$!#*$!&PID=#*$!XX&SID=blue_widgets

I can't remember the tradedoulber syntax but it is similar..

however, the SID tag does not work with every program..
