Sponsored Ads where the site is nothing but search results

Search results as a web site

I see a lot of sponsored Ads for a couple of keywords, where the site contains nothing but search results (seems they are using PHP, click.php or something like that).

Not exactly sure what they are doing or how, but would like to know.
