adwords down?

Just getting this error message and a bunch of blank pages when I login:

Your billing information is temporarily unavailable.
At this time, we are unable to provide information regarding your billing information or history on either the Billing Preferences or Billing Summary pages. However, please note that you can still access information unrelated to billing from the menu at the top of any page within your account.

Thank you for your patience. Please check back soon for your updated billing information.

The information unrelated to billing doesn't work either... all tabs in the account aren't working...

The url at the top of the pages shows:

[adwords.google.com...]

just in case that means anything to anybody - doesn't make sense to me...

Same here as well. Also Google check out does not seem to be charging and processing credit cards as well today.

A very quick update:

Yep, engineering is aware of the issue you describe, and is hard at work towards resolving it.

I strongly suspect that this'll be seen only by a small percentage of advertisers - and my apology to those who are.

I'll update you all as I learn more.
