I run 4 campaigns in my account in Adwords with the same keywords but diff geograhical locations. My best keyword accross them all is shown to be 'at risk' in all campaigns, even though in the one where I am in pos 2 the CTR is 5.8%. At worst the CTR is 0.8% in one campaign. Why on earth would this be. As it threatens to stop my campaigns I now have to delete it... Anyone know why this would be so and what to do about it?

Google looks at the last 1000 impressions. Your overall CTR could be high but it may have slowed recently.
Also are you using search and content networks? The clickthrus on these do not count for your average.
Use the edit keywords and find alternatives feature with this keyword and ad keywords with 2 or more word combinations. Also use [] and "".
