20 days no sign for 2 banner campaigns

No notification of approvement for 2 banner campaigns. Why it takes so long

After 10 days waiting the response with approvement for the campaigns i sent 2 e-mails to the Adword Help Center, but no answer yet. I am curious to know if the campaigns are approved or not, it`s a time limited summer campaign and every day it`s precious. What can i do more?

Are you speaking about image or flash banner ads? If so, their approval process can take a long time. In my experience, I have seen banners take around 4 weeks to get approved. Sometimes shorter. It is my understanding that these types of ads can only be approved manually unlike text ads that can be processed by code.

As for contacting AdWords support, I have never sent an email and NOT received a reply. Are you sure you sent to the correct email address and did you give them more than 24 hours to reply?

I received reply but none with a relevant response. Me and my partner received different motivation for this problem. But it seams that now one banner ad runs. I thaught that the time for approvement will take 5-6 days not 4 weeks! Next time i will take into account this aspect.

Our banner ads usually start getting impressions within one or two days. Have you tried raising your bid?

Belive me, i gave a good bid to the ad, now as i told you it seems to work one of 5 image banner ads, but the text ad targeted on sites are not approved yet! I hope that the campaign will have good results at the end.
