Any negative effects to move client account to my client centre?

Currently I am in charge of a client's account and have done well. I would like to take the Adwords Professional exam, so I have to move the client's account under my client centre, if there are any negative impacts on bids, positions etc?

No. Not if you're just linking the client's account to your MCC account.

Actually from my own personal experience i can tell u that ther will be some changes in CPC and other stuff.. It wont be a huge change but a notable one... One thing i can share with u... Ask google reps to move the campaign history to ur MCC account....it is possible......in that way u can reduce the difference...
