And when it is even better for managing the campaigns and keyword as the AdWords Editor form Google does, great.
Anybody have some experience with such a tool?
Many thanks for your help

The only problem is if you have multiple accounts in an MCC, you can't get *all* the inactive keywords in a single shot - you have to download each account separately.
But for a single account, it works fine.
infact at times it can make life much easier than managing it from the web console, especially when you have accounts wherein you need to upload image ads into 100s of adgroups.
seeing inactive words from the editor is no problem, just enable stats for the keywords and the editor downloads data for all the keywords and ads.
Basically, you build an ad performance report ticking off all the available columns and then you import the XML formatted report into the adwordsreporter.
It is perfect for comparing data against one another. For example, clicks against position. Also, it allows you to drill down to the keyword level.
