Can any one tell me how can u make a difference between the Site Targetting ads & Contextual targetting (CPC targetted ads) ads on the publisher site. As both are the one & the same (Ads by google). The Account holder or the campaign holder can make out but what abt others how are looking the sites & want to know?

THE QUESTION IS :-

How can u make out the differnce between Site Targetting ads & Contextual Targetting (CPC Ads). Both are the part of Google Network through Ad Sense. For E.g If a open a site (ndtv.com) there are ads by google of the right hand side & on the bottom. The just want to know which of this ads are coming from site targetting (CPM)campaigns & which of the Ads are coming by Contextual Targettinh (CPC) campaigns as both are Ads by Google.

Have U got the Q NOW!

Cheers!

Nickyjoy,

There's no 100% certain way of telling the difference. However, site targeted ads always fill an entire ad unit so any ads you see that DON'T fill the entire unit are definitely content targeted. Unfortunately, you can also have content targeted ads that'll fill an entire unit so knowing this doesn't really help.
