Google Advertising Professional (GAP) is a Joke

Since G hasn't replied to the 3+ tickets I've submitted, or acted on the 5+ conversations I've had with their "live support" I'm going to rant here.

Around the end of last year I created a Client Center AdWords account and joined my main AdWords account to it. My main account had been around for over 800 days, and currently shows "Days since first AdWords account creation: 903" in my Pro Center. My "Total Spend Managed:" showed over $1000. So I decided to take the test and passed. When I came back to the account 2 days later expecting to download my shiny new GAP logo, I see I have no accounts joined, and that my requirements are "Not Met". So I contact google, and have not gotten a response since.

At the beinning of May I re-join the accounts and wait for my spend to reach the $1000 mark again. Last week I checked and I had spent around $800, then today I check and the accounts aren't joined again. So I'm back to $0.00 managed spend.

Hey Google... how am I supposed to get my GAP if my accounts keep getting unjoined and you reset my total managed spend each time?! I passed your test, I managed my account for over 6 months now, and spent WELL over $1000.

Right now I'm at a point where I'm pissed they took my $50 and won't reply to emails. I could care less about the GAP itself.

LOL, if by clue you mean the same cut-paste response of "You have to have $1000 spend to qualify for GAP" and then linking me to the help article.

A couple of them seemed to understand, but said they'd get back with me and never did.

I think what probably happened is after I re-joined the accounts and opened another ticket, someone at G assumed I just wanted them unjoined.

The problem is that the second you unjoin an account, the total managed spend goes to $0.00, even if you re-join the account, the number resets. If it knew I had managed this account already and kept the managed spend from when I had managed it, we wouldn't even be having this conversation.
