The policy on Google Adwords not allow to write the adtext in Trademark name , they allow only keyword. How can write the ads effectively without text which are promoted? Do you have any idea? The visitor don't know what ads is related? Example, if you need to promote hilton hotels , but you cannot write it as well so how can write the ads without it?

I see sometime in my researching, I see many ads has trademark text appear on ads so why It appears?

Trademark related keywords/ads are handled by AdWords on a case by case basis.

What is done in each case depends on in which countries trademark rights are held, and what the trademark owner has chosen to allow, or not allow.

When you see the trademark you want to use being used by others, it is likely that those advertisers have been allowed by the trademark owner to use the trademark in question.

For example, some trademark owners will allow certain types of affiliates to use their trademark in ad copy, while not allowing others to do so.

My best advice is to contact the trademark owner, and ask them if an exception can be made in your case. If so, and if the trademark owner alerts AdWords that you may use the term, then the ads would be approved with the trademarked term in them.

Hope that helps clear it up.

Do I need to notice to Google Adwords team? Why if the Trademark Owner allow to use their trademark for others as the same as affiliate like me, why google adwords do not allow me to use ad text and show the website. Other I see like a no problem on that issue. I monitor those ads over a day.

The AdWords review team looks at every ad on a case-by-case basis, and will either approve or disapprove on the basis of policy, and the limits set by the trademark owner.

As always, however, if you feel that a mistake has been made in the disapproval of our ads, please respond to the disapproval email you've received, and explain why you feel the disapproval was incorrect.

For more detailed information on Trademark Policy, and the complaint procedures that trademark owners must follow, please see this page from the AdWords FAQ:
