Delayed or missing conversion stats

No conversions in multiple campaigns for 2 days

I noticed today in some high volume campaigns that there have been no conversions in the last 2-3 days. Statistically this can happen but as we have over 25 campaigns running and do see sales from the landing pages it looks like the adwords conversion stats are either delayed or missing.

Anyone else noticed this?

Robsp, I've not heard of this as an issue, but I'll ping the techsters to double check.

In the meantime, you may want to contact AdWords support with details. They can either tell you why this is happening in your individual account, or if there is a more widespread issue, your details will help them to track it down and squish it.

I'll post again later if I've learned anything new.

I'll ping support but given my 20 plus accounts having the same problem I suspect a problem with the conversion tracking servers.

Thanks, and your point make a lot of sense.

Still, I'm not hearing of this elsewhere - so it is evidently not widespread. Anybody else having this issue?

I experience an update in conversion data beyond 24 hours of an action (usually <36 hours). However, I have not experienced any problems with no conversions tracking at all.

I find it a mystery why this data is not immediately reported, there is surely much lower data processing required than keeping log of clicks and impressions.

On a seperate note, is it possible to manually ammend the conversion numbers? I would like to remove test data.

I haven't had any impressions or conversions for August 24, 25 or 26. My stats show 0 for those days. Typically, I have several hundred impressions a day.

I've e-mailed support and am still waiting to hear back.

Same here. No conversion stats for the last 2 days. The stats are available at keyword level but not at ad group & campaign level.

The stats are back again after 60 hours in a few accounts now. It seems to be an unusually long delay.

I'm having problems getting my new listings to show. I've added a number of new campaigns across a number of different accounts for my clients and they are not showing, getting no impressions or clicks. Is there an updating problem with google at the minute?

Dean

New listings are doing fine for us at the moment and I would even say that the updates of campaign and adgroup click data is a little faster these days. Conversions were just not working for us and are now back in all campaigns. Probably a glitch in their conversion servers.

Write to support if you continue to have problems as there may be another reason why they do not show.

Hmmm, so why are none of mine working? I've put campaigns live 2 days ago and they aint even getting impressions.

Its across a load of different client accounts so i've eliminated that it wont just be a problem with 1 account.

Any help would be great.

A quick update on this thread:

Although it seems to have affected a very small number of advertisers, there were some very long delays in updating conversion tracking stats. Evidently the issue was identified yesterday in the mid afternoon, and stats should now be seen to be catching up.

I know you all rely on these stats, so my apologies if you were among that very small number affected!

If you are still having this issue, please feel free to contact AdWords support with the details.

AWA- No stats this morning (Aug 28 east coast 10 am)

This is now 4 days running. I email support no answer given. Account spends $800 a day usually with 15-20 conversions.

I also miss my stats of yesterday again (+24 hours ago). I'm not overly concerned but would appriciate more consistent reporting.

This happened to me to. Stats were there one day and then gone for the next 4. Support said that "you may experience a delay of a few hours." I emailed back that I was apparently experiencing a delay of a few days not hours. They have not responded as of yet.

I just looked at today's stats and there are conversion stats on only one campaign at the general level not at the individual keyword level.

Coincidently (or not) my CPC has tripled while my avg ranking has went frm 3.7 to 16. Something is definitely screwed up. I am going to make a post about that in a minute, so maybe someone will will have an answer for me.
