The only solutions are (a) to find another provider and (b) mend your ways so that they don't ban you too.

Is google's adwords ban is for the account or for the domain?
Knowing nothing about your account or your particular situation, asphalte, I will answer this question in general terms: We shut down the accounts of advertisers who persist in not honoring the AdWords Terms and Conditions - and who may well negatively impact other advertisers, Google users, and Google itself.

This is the sort of question that is unique to a specific account and situation, and which would thus be best answered by AdWords support. I'd advise that you respond directly to the last email you received from the AdWords support team on this subject, and ask this (and any other) questions you may have.

I was also banned...for a misunderstanding (i'm not actually why you were banned...if you had good intentions or bad intentions)..but anyways, my point is that they never told me I was banned(the reps told me that when I emailed them). Instead, my account just said the same thing credit card declined...I also wanted to pay the debt and just keep advertising with them(especially since it was not out of bad intent....) but i couldnt...

The strange thing is, they can ban me and even not permit me to advertise in adwords again, but why they dont let me to pay my bill. To take my money for the debt and afterwards to permit advertising isn't more logical for Google?

Strange again, today google system robot has sent me a mail which says,
"Your ads will start running and accruing charges as soon as our system successfully processes your payment. This can take up to 24 hours after you submit your payment details."
I'll try to pay again today and afterwards I will inform u all.
Again credit card declined. This must be a joke. I want to my bill and they dont want to get it!
